Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After the First Session
All enrollment fees for the Base44 Masterclass are non-refundable once you attend the first live session. Attending the first session marks the start of your participation in the cohort, after which all fees are final.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund of your enrollment fee at any time before the scheduled start date and time of the first live session. Once the first session begins, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at Hello@nslab.live before the first session begins. Please include your full name, the email used at enrollment, and your order number. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Cancellation by NSLAB
In the event that NSLAB cancels the cohort or a session cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund regardless of attendance. If a single session is rescheduled, no refund will be issued as the content will still be delivered.
5. Non-Transferable
Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser using the original payment method. Enrollment is non-transferable to another individual or future cohort.
